I'm a perfect low-maintenance plant. I'm happy as a stand-alone plant in a pot, or I can be grouped with other bellis to make a real impact statement in a container or at the front of the border. I have a long flowering period - all summer long! My ancestors were originally from across Europe. My common-name English Daisy derives from the old English Daeges Eage meaning “Day’s Eye” because my flowers open when the sun shines on them. If I'm in a pot I’d be grateful if you make sure there is good drainage at the bottom.
